Operation Impact is a permanent housing program for chronically homeless individuals with disabilities.
If you are:
- Single / unattached
- Have a disability
- Currently staying in an emergency shelter or on the street
- Have been literally homeless for one year or homeless four times in the past three years where the combined length of each homeless occasion equals at least 12 months
You may be eligible for housing.
