You may be eligible for housing if you are:

• Currently in an emergency shelter or place not meant for human habitation
• Fleeing a domestic violence situation
• Have no other resources available

A permanent housing program for chronically homeless individuals with disabilities.

You may be eligible for housing if you are:

• Single / unattached
• Have a disability
• Currently staying in an emergency shelter or on the street
• Have been literally homeless for one year or homeless four times in the past three years where the combined length of each homeless occasion equals at least 12 months

Meg’s House is an emergency shelter where clients are encouraged to bring their animals.

American Humane’s Pets and Women’s Shelters (PAWS)® Program acknowledges the richness of the bond between people and their pets, which often provide unconditional love and comfort to adult domestic violence victims and their children.
